Abstract

Two field experiments were carried out at Sakha Agricultural Research Station
In this investigation inocutated wheat grain cultivars Sakha 63, Triticum eestivum L ..
were cultivated in clayey soils during Iht' (WO successive seasons of 1998/1999 and
199912000. The inocul;;!tion was done using phosphate dissolving becterial stratos
namely Bacillus megatherium v"tr.phosphatlcum 10 sludy th~ :"!'fecl of inoculat:on with
differe11 levels of superpho:;;:-ate on microbiology of wheal rhizospherre, NPK
uptar,e. and the plant growth as well as yield and yield components. Obtained dala showed increase in five bacterial groups examined in wheat
rhizospherB. These groups are P·dissolving bacteria, lotal viable bacteria, Rhilobium
spp < /em>., Azotobacter spp < /em>. and Azosp < /em>irillum spp < /em>. R!garding the 9row1h characters, th~ values of plant height and number of
tillers were significanUy increased as results of bacterial inoculation as well as P
fel1ilization. For yIeld and yield components, the obtained values of the spike weight, 1000-
grain weight. grain yield and straw yield also increased as a result of bacterial
inoculation with P·dissolving bacteria. After the harvesting, the plant analysis showed
increases in the content of nitrogen. phosphorus and potassium either in grains or in
wheat straw as well. This can also take part in reducing Ihe pollution oltha soil from the chemicals
added every year. Furthermore, this also increased the yield of wheat and the nutritive
value as well.
