هدف البحث: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على المبررات التي تدعو إلى التحول نحو الإدارة المدرسية التشارکية وتحقيق التميز بها، والتعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق التميز المدرسي في ضوء الإدارة التشارکية، والتوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتحقيق التميز المدرسي في ضوء مدخل الإدارة التشارکية.
منهج البحث: استخدم البحث الحالي منهج البحث الوصفي حيث أنه أکثر ملائمة لطبيعة الدراسة.
نتائج البحث: توصل البحث إلى أن هناک العديد من المتطلبات الواجب تحقيقها لتطبيق الإدارة التشارکية بالمدارس وتحقيق التميز بها، وتنقسم هذه المتطلبات إلى متطلبات عامة وتشمل: نشر ثقافة الإدارة التشارکية، وتدعيم القيادات لمفهوم الإدارة التشارکية، ومتطلبات خاصة وتشمل: تنمية السلوک الإبداعي، تفويض السلطة والصلاحيات، والتنمية المهنية المستدامة.
