Abstract

Some new 2-methylbenzimidazole-5-sulphonyichoride derivatives and 2-methylbenzimidazole-5-N(p- carbonydrazidephenyl) sulphonamide derivatives were synthesized. Some of these compounds were found to posses antimicrobial activities towards different microorganisms.
