الملخص:
أهتم الأقباط بالرسومات الجدارية؛ إذ إنهم زينوا بها جدران الکنائس والأديرة. وقد اهتم الفنان القبطيّ برسم مشاهد من الکتاب المقدس بعهديه إلى جانب أشکال القديسين والشهداء ولاسيما من الرهبان والبطارکة، وزين بهم کل أجزاء الکنيسة حتى يجعل المصلى يشعر کأنه محاط بالقديسين. وقد أهتم البحث بالهيکل ليوضح صوره الجدارية ومدي ارتباط هذه الجداريات بالهيکل.
وبسسب کثرة الصور الجدارية المرتبطة بالهيکل فقد قسمه الباحث لأجزاء مثل الشرقية والقبة. وقد أوضح أهم الموضعات المرتبطة بالهيکل مثل الملائکة، الأربعة کائنات غير المتجسدة، وذبائح العهد القديم.

Abstract
Copts were interested in wall paintings; they decorated the walls of churches and monasteries with them. The Coptic artist was interested in drawing scenes from the Bible in its two eras, along with the figures of saints and martyrs, especially monks and patriarchs, and was decorated with them all parts of the church so that he made the chapel looks as if it was surrounded by saints. The research focused on the Presbytery to clarify its murals and the extent to which these wall paintings are related to the Presbytery.
Due to the large number of murals associated with the Presbytery, the researcher divided them into parts such as the apse and the dome. He clarified the most important sites related to the Presbytery, such as the angels, the four the four creatures, and the sacrifices of the Old Testament.
