The research aimed to develop a psychological guidance program and find out its impact on reducing the level of fear in the motorly disabled in swimming, and the researcher used the experimental method with the experimental design of one experimental group, and the research included a sample of (30) motorly in swimming schools, and was one of the tools of data collection (measure of fear - psychological guidance program prepared by the researcher), the research showed the existence of statistically significant differences to reduce the level of fear in the sample of experimental research according to tribal and dimension measurements In favor of the remote measurement of the experimental research group, the psychological guidance program also contributed in a positive way to reducing the level of fear among the motorly disabled in swimming.The world is currently witnessing scientific progress in all areas of different life in general and areas of physical education in particular, the level of sports performance in various sports activities has increased due to studies and scientific research and the development of devices and tools to help in the field of physical education
