The aim of this research is to identify the competencies of diverse education that kindergarten teachers in the State of Kuwait should master, and to identify the proposed training program that can work to develop these competencies in kindergarten teachers, and to reveal the effectiveness of this program in the development of competencies of teaching diversity in kindergarten teachers. In general, as sub-dimensions: content diversification competencies, product diversification efficiencies, process diversification efficiencies, and learning environment diversification efficiencies.
The present research focuses on highlighting the results that will achieve the objectives of this research by presenting the results of the statistical hypothesis test and answering its questions, as well as discussing and interpreting the results of the research in the light of previous researches and studies, as well as identifying research recommendations and research proposals related to the research results.
