Abstract
The world is witnessing an accelerating development in the field of financial inclusion in general, and digital banking inclusion in particular, because of its role in supporting economic growth and achieving sustainable development. However, banking services are still out of reach for many members of society especially in developing countries including Egypt. The problem of the study and its goal was to review the theoretical framework of financial inclusion in general and digital banking inclusion in particular in terms of the definition of financial inclusion, its importance and comprehensive banks and their relationship to financial inclusion. It also dealt with digital inclusion, beginning with the definition of the digital economy, its importance, its emergence, characteristics, requirements, challenges facing inclusion or digital transformation, and its role in achieving sustainable development in its economic dimensions (micro, small and medium enterprises, financial stability) and social (poverty reduction, women empowerment). The study dealt with the state of banking digital inclusion in Egypt, indicating its requirements represented in: development of digital infrastructure, digital illiteracy, and digital legislative framework. Banking digital inclusion and achieving sustainable development within Egypt's 2030 vision were also addressed by addressing digitization in the banking sector and the legalization of financial technology. The digital transformation and the 2030 sustainable development strategy were also addressed, by facing digital banking challenges, the relationship between banking digital inclusion and achieving the sustainable development. In the light of the above, the study plan will include two chapters as following:
Chapter I: Concept of digital banking inclusion and its relationship to financial inclusion.
Chapter II: Banking digital inclusion and achieving sustainable development within Egypt's 2030 vision.
