This research deals with the study of the constitutional framework for the effect and authoritativeness of the ruling of the Supreme Constitutional Court, and the development of the stages of judicial oversight on the constitutionality of laws in Egypt. The constitutionality of laws, then the establishment of the Supreme Constitutional Court, and we traced the legal impact of the judgment issued in the constitutional lawsuit before and after the issuance of Law No. 168 of 1998 and after its issuance.
