Abstract

Some considered it an inherent mistake to allow armed drones to decide who to kill and when to kill them, but if this were absolutely true, they would have banned all mines and all weapons, such as missiles that can be directed at a military target and fighters, but they do not allow the operator to know who will kill Ali Specifically.
So; It is not possible to determine whether armed drones are able to ensure that the principles of international humanitarian law are not violated or not, but it is not, however, certain that they will apply these principles, which raises many fears in this regard.
Unless transparency and accountability are ensured with regard to targeted killings, serious damage may be inflicted on the legal framework that the international community has created with great effort in order to protect the right to life, and neglecting this duty may be considered a violation of an international obligation that establishes international civil liability in the event that Damage was caused by the use of armed
