study summary this brief study deals with forgery in official and customary literature . which is one of the most important crimes . Because it's dangerous . Not only domestically, but also internationally, it impinges on the freedom of individuals to express their  will in legal acts of all kinds , Wasting and undermining trust in state in situations .This study highlighted the organization and legal qualification of the crime. Using the Analytical approach . To analyze the legislative texts . Which dealt with that crime . Comparisons have used these texts together . In order to know the content of the crime and methods used to  accomplish it. After that . Legal characterization of element of damage if it is a separate element , an element of the material element or an aggravating circumstance of punishment. Opinions differed on the legal qualify  coition of the graduation element from these three tracks .It was concluded  that the crime could only occur in the presence of damage. Then we dealt with. The different penalties for that crime and cases where the crime is classified as misdemeanor and the cases where the offence is classified as a Felony. We can concluded that it was necessary for the Egyptian project to promulgate a special law regulating this crime or amending the provisions of its articles . to conclude the recommendations made at the end of this research.
