Abstract

The obligation to renegotiate arose as a condition that the contracting parties include in international trade contracts to meet the changes that may occur and lead to an imbalance of contractual balance during implementation. The amendments to the French civil law in 2016, which some described as the legislative revolution, adopted this obligation in legislation but did not make it public order, such as the theory of emergency conditions in the Egyptian civil law, and gave the judge options for annulment based on the will of the two parties or one of them if obstinacy The other party and this is what I explained in detail
