Abstract The preventive composition of bankruptcy is considered in the law as one of the most important pillars of the business process that aims to protect the trader from falling into bankruptcy; The Egyptian law has designated a separate chapter for the Protective Composition from Bankruptcy in Law No. 11 of 2018, The debtor may resort to a merchant who stops paying his debts on time and became close to bankruptcy, to search for a way to avoid being declared bankrupt,  Where the results of trader bankruptcy stops him from disposing and managing his money, The restriction of his freedom and the forfeiture of political, civil and other rights, The trader has the right to ask for the protective conciliation If he stops paying his debts, and asks to declare his bankruptcy if he did not commit a mistake or fraud.
