Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune illness with a wide range of clinical manifestations affecting practically all organs and tissues. Because of the disease's tremendous variety, some researchers believe it is a syndrome rather than a single disease. .Lupus nephritis (LN) is one of the most prevalent and debilitating symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), affecting more than half of those who have the condition. During a flare-up of SLE, inflammatory injury to the nephrons Not only can varied clinical images be seen in the same patient throughout time, but so may changing relative proportions of normal nephrons, acute inflammatory lesions, and chronic damage. Chronic lesions, such as fibrosis and tubular atrophy. Subclinical lupus nephritis (SLN) who were diagnosed with LN through renal biopsy despite having no abnormal urinalysis or renal damage . Renal biopsy is a crucial procedure in the diagnosis of renal disease, and it's very important to detect (SLN)
