ظهر في هذه الأيام فيروس ضرب أرجاء العالم کله، فأصابه بحالة عجز وشلل تام، ويسمي هذا الفيروس( کورونا) أو ( کوفيد 19 )، وإلى وقت کتابة هذه السطور عجز العالم بکل ما فيه من عنفوان، وجبروت، وظلم، وعلم محدود، عن إيجاد العلاج المناسب له، وقد أعلنت منظمة الصحة العالمية اعتبار هذا الفيروس وباء عالميا، وأنه ينتقل عن طريق العدوى من شخص لآخر. ونظراً لتجدد الحوادث والنوازل فقد تستحدث طرق ووسائل لإضرار النفس والاعتداء عليها، کتعمد نقل العدوى للآخرين بقصد الإضرار بهم، أو غيرها من الطرق التي لم تکن معروفه من قبل، فتحتاج إلى عرضها على القواعد الفقهية الکلية، ومن ثم إنزال الحکم الشرعي عليها، وقد دفعني هذا السبب إلى معالجة هذا الموضوع من منظور علمي وفقهي.

And due to the renewal of accidents and accidents, methods and means of self-harm and assault on them may be developed, such as deliberately transmitting the infection to others with the intent to harm them, or other methods that were not previously known, so I need to present them to the total jurisprudence rules, and then to impose the Sharia ruling on them, and this has prompted me The reason to address this issue from a scientific and juristic perspective.
