Abstract

The aim of this study is to measure the impact of the organizational culture in the constructive learning organization. The study was conducted a questionnaire which was distributed among random sample of the faculty members. A variety of statistical methods were used including AMOS.24 and Kruskal- Wallis Test. The finding determine that there is high level of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization at KingKhalidUniversity according to the faculty members. In addition, the study found that there are differences of statistical significance between the vision of the faculty members of the importance of the characteristics of the learned organization attributed to the duration of service and age group and gender. The most important recommendations were to change the current organizational culture in order to improve the development of faculty members' ability to participate in decision-making.
