Abstract

This Paper was Conducted With the Purpose of Studying the Relationship among Organizational Commitment, Leadership Styles, and Cognitive Innovativeness by Convenience Sample(100)employees at AL-AZHARUniversity. The Reliability and Validity of Scales of the Organizational Commitment, Leadership Styles, and Cognitive Innovativeness were Tested(Coefficients of alpha were.960,.949,and.899 /Internal Consistency Coefficients were.918,.926,and.925 Respectively).Findings Showed in General That the Organizational Commitment affects Significantly the Cognitive Innovativeness Except for affective Commitment. Leadership Styles affect Cognitive Innovativeness and Organizational Commitment Except for Participative Leadership and supportive Leadership Styles Respectively. Finally, Demographic Variables (Gender, Educational qualification, and Experience) have no Significant effect but work Nature has a Significant effect on Organizational Commitment.
