يهدف البحث إلى توضيح أهمية الفتوى الإلکترونية في هذا العصر، ومعالجة بعض المشاکل التي أدت إلى وجود فوضى في تلک الفتاوى, وتنطلق الدراسة من مقدمة بها التعريف بموضوع البحث ، ومنهجي في البحث، لأتطرق بعد ذلک إلى أسباب فوضى الفتاوى الإلکترونية, ثم بعد ذلک بينت نتائج تلک الفوضى، وسبل القضاء على فوضى الفتاوى الإلکترونية.
وأوصيت في نهاية البحث أن تکون بعض أنشطة المشارکة المجتمعية للمؤسسات العلمية توعية المجتمع بندوات عن مبادئ العلم الشرعي والفرق بين الداعية والمفتي، ومعنى الفتوى الشاذة، واجتناب أدعياء الدين غير المؤهلين للإفتاء، ومحو أميتهم الدينية.
وأوصيت کذلک بالرقابة على المواقع الإفتائية على الانترنت، وندَّبت إلى تفعيل جميع هيئات الإفتاء الجماعية ومحاولة تفريغ المرجعيات ذات الکفاءة العلمية في الإفتاء من الأعباء الزائدة عليهم، حتى يُقبِلوا على الإفتاء ، ولا يترکوا الساحة لأدعياء العلم الراغبين في الشهرة أو المال .
The Chaos of Electronic Fatwas
 Causes, Consequences, and Ways to Eliminate them

Abstract:
 The research aims to clarify the importance of the electronic fatwa in this era, and address some of the problems that led to the existence of chaos in those fatwas. The introduction of the study includes defining of the topic and determining my research method. Then, I move to discussing the reasons of the chaos in the Electronic Fatwas, and the ways to overcome it.
The study ends with some recommendations which include: the needs to do some activities to raise awareness of the communities which help them to distinguish between the Preacher and Muftis, and to overcome the illiteracy of the religious knowledge. The study also recommends the necessity of observing the fatwa websites on the Internet. Besides, it calls to the importance of empowering the prominent scholars, so they can fill the gap the fatwa needs, and able them to overcome the abnormality of electronic fatwa.
