ملخص البحث: يحتوى البحث على مقدمه تشتمل على اهمية الموضوع واسباب اختياره وتساؤلاته ومشکلاته والدراسات السابقة وخطة البحث . واما الفصل التمهيدي فبعنوان التعريف بمصطلحات البحث: الدولة المعاصرة – المستهلک – الاحتکار المعاصر. ولما کان عنوان البحث يحتوي على عدة مصطلحات، فقد عرَّفت بها باعتبار أن هذه المصطلحات هي محور البحث ورکائزه الأساسية ، وتحديدها وضبطها والتعريف بها مدخل مهم قبل تناول الأحکام الفقهية المتعلقة بالعنوان محل البحث. واما الفصل الأول فبعنوان، الحکم الشرعي للاحتکار، وصوره المعاصرة، والسلع التي يکون فيها ومدى حق الدولة للتدخل فيه حماية للمستهلک، واما الفصل الثاني فبعنوان، أدوار الدولة المعاصرة في حماية المستهلک من الاحتکار، واخيرا الخاتمة التي تحتوي على اهم النتائج والتوصيات، ويؤکد البحث على أن حق الدولة فى التدخل لتقييد حرية الأفراد حالة الاحتکار الذي يضر بالأفراد، له مبرراته وأسانيده الشرعية المختلفة، والتي تدل کلها على منح هذا الحق دفعاً للضرر، وفيما يتعلق بالدور التوعوي والتثقيفي للدولة، تبين مدى أهمية هذا الدور في تحقيق الحماية للمستهلک من ظاهرة الاحتکار، وذلک من خلال الوسائل المختلفة التي تملکها الدولة وخاصة الوسائل الإعلامية، التي تعمل على تنمية الوعي وطرق مواجهة الاحتکار وتوعية المستهلک من ناحية ودفعه إلى العمل والإنتاج من ناحية أخرى.   Abstract: The research contains an introduction that includes the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its questions, its problems, its previous studies and the research plan. As for the introductory chapter, it is the definition of research terms: the contemporary state - the consumer - the contemporary monopoly. And since the title of the research contains several terms, I have defined them considering that these terms are the focus of the research and its main pillars and defining and controlling them is an important approach before dealing with the jurisprudential provisions related to the title in question. As for the first chapter, it is titled 'The legal provisions of monopoly, its contemporary forms, the goods in which it concerns and the extent of the state's right to intervene in it to protect the consumer .As for the title of the second chapter, it is "The roles of the contemporary state in protecting the consumer from monopoly and finally the conclusion that contains the most important findings and recommendations. The state's right to intervene to restrict the freedom of individuals in the state of monopoly that harms individuals has its various legal justifications and proofs all of which indicate granting this right to ward off harm. With regard to the educational and sensitizing role of the state, the extent of the importance of this role in achieving consumer protection from the phenomenon of monopoly has been shown through the various means owned by the state, especially the media which work to develop awareness, the ways to confront monopoly and consumer awareness on the one hand and pushing him to work and production on the other hand.
