هدفت الدراسة الى تنمية مهارات التفوض لدى الطلاب من خلال:
التعرف على مهارات التفاوض الشخصية لدى طلاب التربية العلمية شعبة الإعلام التربوي.
التعرف على معوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق عمليات التفاوض
اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح بالعينة، وقد بلغ حجم العينة 54 طالب وطالبة بالفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة للعام الجامعي 2012/2013م.
واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان کأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:
تعتبر المهارات الشخصية لطالب التربية العملية هي مفتاح عملية التفاوض.
من معوقات التفاوض تدخل بعض مشرفي التربية العملية أثناء عملية التفاوض، وعدم تعاونهم، وتصرف بعضهم بانفعال.
من أهم عوامل نجاح عملية التفاوض هو الإعداد والتخطيط الجيد لعملية التفاوض.

The study aimed to develop students' interpersonal skills through:
-Identification of the personal negotiation skills of students of scientific education, Educational Information Division..
-Identify barriers to the implementation of negotiation processes.
The study was based on the sample survey methodology. The sample size was 54 students in the third and fourth branches for the academic year 2012/2013.
The study relied on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting study data.
The study concluded that:
1-The personal skills of practical education students are the key to the negotiation process.
2-The obstacles to the negotiation of some of the supervisors of practical education during the negotiation process, and lack of cooperation, and some of them with emotion.
2-One of the most important factors in the success of the negotiation process is the preparation and good planning of the negotiation process.
