المستخلص : هدف البحث إلى تحديد  درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية البدنية لأهم الکفايات التعليمية بمدارس التعليم العام في قطاع الحجاز بتعليم بيشة . وقد قام الباحث بتطبيق أداة البحث علي عينة عشوائية من معلمي التربية البدنية وعددهم (20) معلما من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي و لتحقيق أهداف البحث وتحليل البيانات التي تم تجميعها، فقد تم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Statistical Package for Social Sciences  والتي يرمز لها اختصاراً بالرمز (SPSS). وقد توصل البحث لأهم لعدة نتائج أهمها : بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لمحور ممارسة معلمي التربية البدنية في تعليم بشبة للکفايات التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين (2.26) وهو متوسط يقع في الفئة الثانية من (1.67 إلى 2.33) وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيارالممارسة بدرجة متوسطة.وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استخدام الکفايات التعليمية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استخدام الکفايات التعليمية تعزى لمتغير سنوات العمل. Abstract The research aimed to determine the degree of physical education teachers practicing the most important educational competencies in public education schools in the Hijaz sector in Bisha education.
