استهدف البحث تحديد المهارات الاستماع والتحدث المناسبة لتعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بلغات أخري من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر وإعداد مصفوفة  توزيع تلک المهارات على صفوف المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر بالاستعانة بأراء الخبراء والمتخصصين؛ للاستناد إليها في تحديد مدي توافرها بأهداف ومحتوى وتدريبات منهج اللغة العربية لغير الناطقين من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة بالمهارات (الاستماع، التحدث) اشتقها الباحث من الأدبيات ونتائج الأبحاث التربوية ذات الصلة، ثم عرضها على مجموعة من خبراء تعليم اللغة العربية بمصر وجزر القَمَر لتحديد مدى مناسبتها لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، والتوزيع المناسب لها في صفوف حلقتي التعليم الابتدائي (من الصف الأول إلى الصف الثالث)، ومن (الصف الرابع إلى الصف السادس)، وإعداد استمارة لتحليل مکونات منهج اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر.  وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن تحديد قائمة بالمهارات اللغوية المناسبة للناطقين بلغات أخري من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر. ضمت القائمة (1) مهارة للاستماع، و(2) مهارة للتحدث، ومصفوفة بتوزيع تلک المهارات على صفوف  المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر. وتم تقديم التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء نتائج البحث، المتمثلة في ضرورة إعداد منهج اللغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية بجزر القَمَر في ضوء المهارات اللغوية المناسبة. وتوزيع هذه المهارات اللغوية في ضوء المستويات واحتياجات الدارسين. وأهداف تعليم اللغة العربية والدراسات الإسلامية لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بجزر القَمَر.
The aim of the research was to identify the appropriate listening and speaking skills for the teaching of the Arabic language to speakers of other languages ​​in the primary schools in the Comoros and to prepare a matrix for the distribution of these skills to the primary level in the Comoros using the opinions of experts and specialists; in order to determine their availability of objectives, Primary school students in the Comoros.  In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a list of skills (listening, speaking) derived from the literature and related educational research results, and presented to a group of Arabic language experts in Egypt and the Comoros to determine their suitability for primary school students, (Grades 1 to 3), fourth to sixth grade, and a questionnaire to analyze the components of the Arabic language curriculum for non-native speakers at the primary level in the Comoros. The results of the research resulted in the identification of a list of listening skills and appropriate speaking for speakers of other primary school languages ​​in the Comoros. List (1) included listening skills, (2) speaking skills, and a matrix for the distribution of those skills to the primary classes in the Comoros.      The recommendations and suggestions were presented in light of the results of the research, namely the need to prepare the Arabic language and Islamic studies in the Comoros in light of the appropriate language skills. And the distribution of these language skills in light of the levels and needs of learners. And the objectives of teaching Arabic language and Islamic studies for primary school students in the Comoros.
