هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لإدارة الفجوة الراهنة بين جودة التعليم قبل الجامعي بمصر وتقارير المنظمات الدولية، واستخدمت الدراسة عدة مداخل منهجية وهي: المدخل الوصفي، المقارنة المرجعية، أسلوب دراسة العوامل ذات التأثيرات البيئية المتنوعة "التحليل النوعي"، واعتمدت الدراسة بشکل رئيس على تقرير التنافسية العالمية، تقرير التنمية البشرية، التقرير العالمي لرصد التعليم للجميع. وقامت الدراسة بکشف ملامح الفجوة ثم تشخيصها وتحليلها في إطار السياق الثقافي العام للمجتمع المصري والتحديات الراهنة. وقدمت الدراسة رؤية مقترحة لإدارة الفجوة الراهنة بين جودة التعليم قبل الجامعي بمصر وتقارير ومؤشرات المنظمات الدولية، وعرضت لبعض متطلبات وضمانات نجاح تنفيذ هذه الرؤية.
Abstract :
The present study aimed at developing a proposed vision to manage the current gap between the quality of pre-university education in Egypt and the reports of international organizations. The study used several methodological approaches: descriptive approach, reference comparison, method of studying the factors with different environmental effects"Qualitative analysis". The study depended mainly on the Global Competitiveness Report, Human Development Report, Education For All Global Monitoring Report.The study revealed the features of the gap and then diagnosed and analyzed within the context of the general cultural context of Egyptian society and the current challenges. The study set a proposed vision to manage the current gap between the quality of pre-university education in Egypt and the reports and indicators of international organizations, and thus presented some requirements and guarantees for the successful implementation of this vision.
