استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الکشف عن طبيعة واتجاهات العلاقات المتبادلة بين بالحساسية بين الشخصية وکل من السلوک التوکيدي وأساليب التعلق في ضوء النموذج البنائي باستخدام تحليل المسارات بين متغيرات الدراسة الحالية، وکذا الکشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الحساسية بين الشخصية وکل من أساليب التعلق والسلوک التوکيدي، والتحقق من العلاقة بين أساليب التعلق والسلوک التوکيدي، وکذا الکشف عن الفروق بين البنين والبنات في متغيرات الدراسة الحالية. وتکونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية للدراسة من(260) طالباً وطالبة (110) طالباً، و(150) طالبة من طلاب الفرقة الأولى بکلية التربية جامعة دمنهور من الطلاب المقيدين بالکلية بالعام الدراسي 2016/ 2017م واعتمدت الدراسة على الأدوات التالية: مقياس الحساسية بين الشخصية (إعداد: (Boyce & Parker, 1989 ، تعريب وترجمة: الباحث مقياس أساليب التعلق(إعداد: (Ahmad, Jahan, & Imtiaz,2016) ، ترجمة وتعريب الباحث مقياس السلوک التوکيدي )إعداد: (Chalvin, 1981، ترجمة وتعريب: الباحث وتم التحقق من المؤشرات السيکومترية لهذه الأدوات على عينة من طلاب الفرقة الأولى قوامها(100) طالبة وطالبة . وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى عدد من الأساليب الاحصائية مثل معامل الارتباط وتحليل التباين، وتحليل المسار، واختبار "ت" (T. Test): وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل من أبعاد الحساسية بين الشخصية، وأسلوب التعلق التجنبي والمتناقض. وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل من أبعاد الحساسية بين الشخصية وأسلوب التعلق الآمن. وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل من أبعاد الحساسية بين الشخصية وأسلوب التوکيد المتوازن.  وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين کل الحساسية بين الشخصية، وکل من سلوک التوکيد العدائي السلبي، والتوکيد الانسحابي السلبي  والتوکيد الاستغلالي التلاعبي. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً کل من أسلوب التعلق الآمن وأسلوب التوکيد الإيجابي المتوازن. وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين أسلوب التعلق التجنبي، والقلق/ المتناقض وأسلوب التوکيد المتوازن. وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين أسلوب التعلق التجنبي وکل من أسلوب التوکيد (الانسحابي، والاستغلالي). وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين أسلوب التعلق التجنبي وأسلوب التوکيد العدائي. وجود علاقة موجبة ودالة إحصائياً بين کل من أبعاد أسلوب القلق/ المتناقض، وکل من أسلوب التوکيد (الانسحابي، والعدائي، والاستغلالي). وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين أسلوب التعلق الآمن وکل من أسلوب التوکيد (الانسحابي، والعدائي). وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين أسلوب التعلق الآمن وأسلوب التوکيد الاستغلالي التلاعبي. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الطلاب والطالبات في الحساسية بين الشخصية؛ وأساليب التعلق والسلوک التوکيدي سواءً على مستوى الأبعاد أو الدرجة الکلية. التوصل لنموذج بنائي سببي يفسر علاقات التأثير بين الحساسية بين الشخصية وکل من أساليب التعلق والسلوک التوکيدي .
The Current research aimed at investigating  the nature of relationships of assertive behavior, attachment styles, and interpersonal sensitivity among college of education, Damanhour University students.  According to the structural model using Path analysis among the variables of the current study, as well as the disclosure of the nature of the relationship among interpersonal sensitivity, attachment styles and assertive behavior,  As well as revealing  the nature of the relationship among interpersonal sensitivity and both of attachment styles and assertive behavior, and verifying the relationship between attachment styles and assertive behavior, in addition to Detecting of differences between boys and girls in the current study variables.The study sample consisted of 110 male students and 150 female students from the first year of Education College, Damanhour University, from the students enrolled in the college in the academic year 2016/2017. The study was based on the following tools: Interpersonal Sensitivity Scale (Prepared by: Boyce & Parker, 1989) Translated and Localized  by the Researcher. Attachment Styles scale (Prepared by: Ahmad, Jahan, & Imtiaz, 2016), Translated and Localized  by the Researcher. assertive Behavior scale (Prepared by: Chalvin, 1981), Translated and Localized  by the Researcher.The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach and on a number of statistical methods such as correlation coefficient, variance analysis, and path analysis. The results of the study resulted in the following:There are a Positive Statistical significance relationship between: Interpersonal Sensitivity, and both of, Avoidant Attachment, Ambivalent attachment. There are a negative Statistical significance relationship between: all Interpersonal Sensitivity dimensions, and  secure Attachment. There are a negative Statistical significance relationship between two dimensions of Interpersonal Sensitivity (Interpersonal awareness and Fragile inner self) and  Harmonious Assertiveness style. There are a negative Statistical significance relationship between dimensions of Interpersonal Sensitivity (Separation anxiety, Need for approval, and Timidity) and Harmonious Assertiveness styleThere are a positive Statistical significance relationship between dimensions of Interpersonal Sensitivity , and both of Attack Assertiveness style,  Flight Assertiveness style, and manipulative Assertiveness style. There are a positive Statistical significance relationship between secure attachment style and Harmonious Assertiveness style.There are a negative Statistical significance relationships between avoidant attachment style, Ambivalent Attachment style, and Harmonious Assertiveness style.There are a positive Statistical significance relationships between avoidant attachment style, and both of assertive behavior (Flight Assertiveness style, and manipulative Assertiveness style).There are a positive Statistical significance relationships between avoidant attachment style, and attacked Assertiveness style. There are a positive Statistical significance relationships between Ambivalent attachment style, and both of  attacked Assertiveness style, Flight Assertiveness style, and manipulative Assertiveness style.There are a negative Statistical significance relationships between secure  attachment style, Flight Assertiveness style, and attacked Assertiveness style. There are a negative Statistical significance relationships between secure  attachment style, and manipulative Assertiveness style. There are no statistically significant differences between male and female students in interpersonal sensitivity; attachment styles and assertive behavior; both on the level of dimensions and overall grade.There are a causal structural model that explains the relationships between the interpersonal sensitivity, attachment styles, and assertive behavior
