التنموية، بھدف تحقيق مستوي معيشة أفضل وتحسين الرفاھية لسکان الإقليم ، من خلال ( توفير خدمات البنية
التحتية المساندة والداعمة للقطاعات الخدمية، توط ين الأنشطة الإقتصادية ، وإتباع سياسات إقتصادية متوازنة
ومترابطة ووضع القوانين والتشريعات المنظمة والمشجعة للبيئة الإستثمارية) ، حيث وضعت المفوضية
