The problem of the study lies in the attempt to reveal the role of women in the development of the village on the economic, social and cultural level, while searching for the extent to which the culture of the rural community accepts the idea of women's work, and the research aims to try to identify the role of rural women in bringing about real development within their rural community, as it seeks Always in order to improve its economic, social and cultural level, in addition to trying to reveal the obstacles that hinder it in fulfilling this role, and finally trying to reach a set of proposals to revitalize this role. The study also relied on the case study method and the corresponding guide in collecting study data.
