هدف البحث التعرف على المدرسة اليابانية من خلال التطرق إلى فلسفة تعليم الطفل الشامل الياباني وكيف تساهم المدرسة في تحقيق الأهداف الفلسفية لتعليم الطفل وتنمية جميع الجوانب الشخصية: العقل، والقلب، والجسد. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت علي ثلاثة محاور، تضمن المحور الأول التعرف علي فلسفة تعليم الطفل الياباني من حيث: التعرف على فلسفة  تعليم الطفل الشامل،  ودعائم الفلسفة التعليمية اليابانية  الشاملة، وأهداف فلسفة التعليم الياباني الشامل، السلم التعليمي في اليابان، وتضمن المحور الثاني طبيعة المدرسة اليابانية، " بيئة التعلم " من حيث: الابنية المدرسية، وظائف ومهام المدرسة اليابانية، خصائص وأهداف ومحتوي المنهج المدرسي في اليابان، وتضمن المحور الثالث الرؤية السياسية التربوية في اليابان، من حيث التعرف علي: الخطة التأسيسية الثالثة للإصلاح التعليمي2018-2022، وتناول المحور الرابع استعراض أوجه الاستفادة من التجربة اليابانية لتعليم الطفل الشامل.. The research aimed to identify the Japanese school by addressing the philosophy of comprehensive Japanese child education and how the school contributes to the achievement of the philosophical goals of the child's education and the development of all personal aspects: mind, heart, body. The research used the descriptive approach, and included three sections, the first section included the identification of the philosophy of teaching the Japanese child in terms of Recognizing the philosophy of comprehensive child education, the pillars of the comprehensive Japanese educational philosophy, and the objectives of the philosophy of comprehensive Japanese education, the educational ladder in Japan, and the second section included the nature of the Japanese school "learning environment", in terms of school buildings, functions and tasks of the Japanese school, The characteristics of the objectives and content of the school curriculum in Japan, The third section included the educational political vision in Japan, in terms of getting to know the third founding plan for educational reform (2018-2022), and the fourth theme dealt with the review of the benefits of the Japanese experience of comprehensive child education.
