Abstract

Impressions of fragments of vegetative organs of a few ferns are recorded from Lower Cretaceous sandstone
beds in Kurnub Formation, in Al Baqaa area, North Jordan. Spore-pollen assemblages, also indicating Early
Cretaceous age, were found in samples containing plant macro-remnants.
