هذا ملخصٌ لبحثٍ عنونته "الأحكام الفقهية للأرض السبخة" يهدف هذا البحث إلى: جمع ما تَناثر من المسائل المتعلقة بالأرض السبخة ودراستها، والتسهيل على طالِب العلم وغيره في معرفة الحكم الذي يريده في هذا الموضوع، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أنه يقصد بالسبخة الأرض المالحة التي            لا تنبت، أن الماء الموجود في الأرض السبخة طهور يتطهر به ولا يضر ما به من ملح فلا يسلب الطهورية؛ لأن أصله ماء، يجوز التيمم بكل ما هو من جنس الأرض ومن ذلك الأرض السبخة، أجاز الفقهاء الصلاة على الأرض السبخة؛ لأن الأصل في الأرض هو الطهارة، جواز بيع الأرض السبخة؛ لأنه ليس بشرط جواز البيع  أن يكون المبيع مقدور الانتفاع به؛ لأن المقصود في البيع الملك لا الانتفاع، إذا كانت الأرض المراد إجارتها سبخة ذهب الفقهاء إلى أن إجارتها لغرض زراعتها لا تصح، ولا يجب الخراج في الأرض الموات التي لا تصلح للزراعة، إذا تعطل الموقوف وصار بحالة لا ينتفع بها.
This research aims to collect and study the scattered jurisprudential issues related to swampy land, and to make it easy for the knowledge seeker to know the rulings on issues related to this topic. The study concluded with a number of results clarifying that the swampy land is the salty land where plants do not grow and that the water in this type of land is valid for purification purposes even though it is salty. Jurists see that it is permissible to perform tayammum with all types of soil, including that of swampy land, and it is permissible to perform prayers on swampy land. It is also permissible to sell swampy land since it is not a condition of the permissibility of the sale that the thing sold should be used because what is meant by selling is the property, not the usufruct. Jurists are of the view that it is not valid to rent out swampy land for the purpose of cultivation, and tax should not be levied on it since it is not suitable for cultivation or used in a profitable way.
