This article focuses on the nature of field practicum at developing countries particularly in Egypt and Arabic countries in comparable with developed countries. The goal of this article is to highlight the challenges and problems that passively affected the quality of field practicum in developing countries, and suggest some recommendations in attempting to develop this critical component of social work education.
