بَرَاءَةُ المُغِيرَةِ بنِ شُعْبَةَ t مِنْ تُهْمَةِ الرِّشْوَةِ     عبد الفتاح رسلان قسم التاريخ والحضارة ، کلية اللغة العربية ، إيتاي البارود, جامعة الأزهر, جمهورية مصر العربية. البريد الإلکتروني:  abdulfttahraslan@gmail.com     الملخص: قِصَّةُ قِيَامِ الصَّحَابِيِّ الجَلِيلِ المُغِيرَةِ بنِ شُعْبَةَ t بِرِشْوَةِ يَرْفَأَ مَوْلَى عُمَرَ ابنِ الخطابِ t ؛ لِيُسَهِّلَ عليه أَمْرَ الدخولِ عَلَى عُمَرَ t ، واعترافِهِ بذلک قائلا: "أنَا أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَشَا فِي الإِسْلاَمِ"، مِنَ القِصَصِ المذکورةِ في بعضِ المصادر التاريخية -في ترجمة المُغِيرَةِ بنِ شُعْبَةَ t- وغير التاريخية. وقد قمتُ بإعداد هذا البحث عنها؛ لبيان حقيقتها، والوقوف على مدي صحتها، وجعلت عنوانه "بَرَاءَةُ المُغِيرَةِ بنِ شُعْبَةَ t مِنْ تُهْمَةِ الرِّشْوَةِ". وقد تحدثت فيه عن القصة کما وردت في کتب التراث، ثم قمت بنقد الروايات التي وردت بها سندا ومتنا، وخَلُصتُ إلى أنها رواياتٌ ضعيفةٌ سَنَداً ومَتْناً، ولا أساس لها من الصحة؛ وذلک للأسباب التي ذکرتها في ثنايا البحث. وبالتالي تَثْبُتُ بَرَاءَةُ هذا الصَّحَابِيِّ الجَلِيلِ مِنْ هَذِهِ التُّهْمَةِ الشَّنِيعَة. الکلمات المفتاحية : المُغِيرَة بن شُعْبَةَ - يَرْفَأ - رِشْوَةِ - مَوْلَى عُمَرَ بنَ الخطاب - الباب - الدِّهْلِيز - عِمَامَةٌ - أَوَّلُ مَنْ رَشَا فِي الإِسْلاَمِ.           Al-Mughirah Bin Shubah, may God be pleased with Him, Acquitted of Bribery                                                                                                                                            Abdul Fattah  Raslan               Department of History and Civilization, Faculty of Arabic Language, , Itay El-Baroud, Al- Azhar University, Egypt.                                                                                                                  E-mail  : abdulfttahraslan@gmail.com                                                                                                                                                              Abstract: The story of the great companion al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, may God be pleased with him, who bribed the slave of Umar ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him; To make it easier for him to enter upon Umar, and his recognition of that, saying: “I am the first to be bribed in Islam," is one of the stories mentioned in some historical sources - in the translation of Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, may God be pleased with him - and non-historical. I have prepared this research for her; To clarify its truth, and to determine the extent of its authenticity, I made its title "The innocence of Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah, may God be pleased with him, from the accusation of bribery." I spoke in it about the story as it was mentioned in the heritage books, then I criticized the narrations that contained a chain of narration and death, and I concluded that it is a weak narration and a solid foundation, and it has no basis in truth; This is for the reasons mentioned in the research. And thus prove the innocence of this great companion of this heinous accusation.
