Esophageal Polyp in old man, is it common?

Abstract

Esophageal polyps are abnormal growth of tissue within the esophageal lumen. Most are small and benign, while malignant polypoidal masses also do occur. We reported large polypoidal mass in old male that proved to be adenocarcinoma.
