تدور هذه الدراسة حول تحقيق مخطوط يعتبر لبنة مفيدة في المکتبة التفسيرية؛ لما امتاز به مؤلفه من عمق الفکر، والقدرة على حل المشکلات، لاسيما في هذه الآية التي دار حولها النقاش، واختلفت الآراء.
   فهي تهدف إلى إبراز أن الحملة الشرسة على القرآن قديمةٌ حديثةٌ، وأن التراث الإسلامي به کثير من الغرر والدرر في إظهار وجوه الإعجاز القرآني، وأن الآية القرآنية الکريمة اشتملت على هدايات وبشارات لهذه الأمة المحمدية، وأنّ القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية خرجا من مشکاة واحدة، فکلاهما وحي من الله، فلا يمکن أن يکونا بينهما تناقض، وأن دفع إيهام المشکلات بين الآيات والأحاديث يتطلب جانبًا کبيرًا من المعرفة بالعلوم اللغوية والعقلية وغيرها.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: أنّ عِلْم التّفْسِيرِ من أَنْفَسَ الْعُلُومِ شَرَفًا وَفَخْرًا، وأنّ سورة الضحى مکيّة، وبها آية هي أرجي آية في القرآن الکريم؛ لِمَا فِيهَا لِلْأُمّةِ مِنْ کَامِلِ الْبِشْر، وأن الشيخ منصور الطبلاوي من الغيورين على الإسلام والدين، فقد استطاع أن يکشف لنا عن تفسير هذه الآية، وما ورد في شأنها من إيهام المشکلات، وإبراز أسرارها البلاغية والتربوية.
   وتوصي الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات من أهمها: العکوف على تحقيق التراث الإسلامي؛ إذ أنه يمثّل مرحلة تاريخية في حضارة الأمّة، إبراز وجوه الإعجاز القرآني، دفع إيهام المشکلات بالحجج الساطعة والبراهين القاطعة، الجمع بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، والتراث والتجديد.  
This study revolves around the verification of a manuscript that is a useful building block in the exegetical library. Because his author distinguished himself from the depth of thought and the ability to solve problems, especially in this verse, about which the discussion revolved, and opinions differed.
     It aims to highlight that the fierce campaign against the Qur'an is ancient and modern, and that the Islamic tradition has many deceptions and pearls in showing the faces of the Qur'anic miracles, and that the noble Qur'an verse included gifts and good news for this Muhammadan nation, and that the Noble Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet came from one niche, both of which are revelations. From God, there can be no contradiction between them, and pushing the delusion of problems between verses and hadiths requires a great deal of knowledge of linguistic, mental and other sciences.
    The study found a set of results, including: that the science of exegesis is an honor and pride in science, and that Surat Al-Duha is Meccan, with a verse that is the most important verse in the Noble Qur'an. Because it contains the ummah of complete human beings, and that Sheikh Mansour al-Tablawi is one of those who are jealous of Islam and religion.
The study recommends a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Focusing on the realization of the Islamic heritage; As it represents a historical stage in the nation's civilization, highlighting aspects of the Qur'anic miracles, pushing the illusion of problems with bright arguments and decisive proofs, combining originality with contemporary, heritage and renewal
