مما لاشك فيه أن الاقتصاد هو عصب الحياة في جميع الدول، وفي هذا المجال تسعى جميع الدول في ترسيخ أسس قوية صحية تقوم عليها اقتصادها بكافة أشكاله، ونظراً لتغلغل الرأسمالية فقد تزايد الاعتماد بشكل كبير على القطاع الخاص في مشاركة الحكومات جنباً إلى جنب في القيام بمشروعات تنموية كبيرة حتى في القطاع الخدمي منها.
وقد كانت المملكة العربية السعودية في طليعة الدول التي اهتمت بشكل كبير بالقطاع الخاص وتعزيز دوره في المساهمة بالنهضة الاقتصادية فيها مما حتم عليها بالضرورة الاهتمام بالشركات التجارية ووضع أسس قانونية راسخة وشفافة تعطي قدرا كبيرا من الثقة لدى المستثمرين خاصة الشركات الأجنبية والتي تسعى المملكة إلى استقطاب عدد كبير منهم وفق خطتها المعتمدة لتنفيذ رؤية المملكة 2030.
ومن ضمن الإشكاليات الهامة للشركات التجارية موضوع الأسباب العامة الإرادية لانقضاء الشركات التجارية، وقد تناولت هذا الموضوع في ثلاثة عناوين رئيسية تحدثت فيها عن انتقال جميع الحصص إلى شريك واحد، وكذلك حال اتفاق الشركاء على حل الشركة وأخيراً حال اندماج الشركة في شركة أخرى.
 
Abstract:
   There is no doubt that the economy is the backbone of life in all countries, and in this field all countries seek to establish strong, healthy foundations upon which their economy is based in all its forms, and due to the penetration of capitalism, the dependence has increased greatly on the private sector in the participation of governments side by side in carrying out great developing projects even in the service sector ones.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was at the forefront of countries that paid great attention to the private sector and strengthened its role in contributing to its economic renaissance, which necessitated it necessarily to pay attention to commercial companies and to establish solid and transparent legal foundations that give a great deal of confidence to investors, especially foreign companies, which the Kingdom seeks to attract a large number from them, according to its approved plan to implement the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Among the important problems for commercial companies is the issue of the general voluntary reasons for the expiration of commercial companies, and I dealt with this topic in three main headings in which I talked about the transfer of all shares to one partner, as well as the case of the partners' agreement to dissolve the company and finally if the company merges with another company.
