ملخص البحث يحتوي هذا البحث على ما يأتي استيعاب کل الأحاديث المتعلقة بحلي النساء مما اختلف فيها العلماء. الدراسة الحديثية لکل الأحاديث النبوية وآثار الصحابة في زکاة الحلي . بيان الجانب التاريخي في التدرج التشريعي لأحکام الحلي بالأدلة و البراهين. جمع کل الأدلة النقلية – أحاديث نبوية و آثار الصحابة - للقائلين بوجوب زکاة الحلي أو للقائلين بعدمه  ، مع مناقشة هذه الأدلة قبولاً أو رداً. التوفيق بين کل الأحاديث المتعلقة بالحُلي بما ينفي عنها الاضطراب . الانتهاء إلى ترجيح قول القائلين بعدم الزکاة بعد تحرير جميع أدلة البحث.
