هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي ومعرفة مدى وجود فلسفة ومفاهيم ومبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة المعاصرة في الفکر الإسلامي. حيث انطلقت الدراسة من حقيقة شمولية الفکر الإسلامي وصلاحية أفکاره ومبادئه لکل زمان ومکان. وقد تمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث في تأصيل مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة من منظور إسلامي وعقائدي للفرد المسلم.
اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي النظري، الذي يعتمد على المعلومات الثانوية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، والتي من أهمها : تأصل وتجذر مفاهيم ومبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة المعاصرة في الفکر الإسلامي، إضافة إلى اتساع معاني ودلالات هذه المفاهيم والمبادئ في الفکر الإسلامي عنها في الفکر المعاصر.
Abstract
This study aims to know, and investigate the presents of Total Quality Management's (TQM) philosophy concepts, and principles in Islamic thought, however, the study, begins from the Fact that, Islam is comprehensive religious, which is valid everywhere, and time. The research main objective is to ensure that total quality management concepts are already presents, in the Islamic  thought. The research uses a descriptive methodology, which depends, on theoretical information deducted from secondary data. The study researches some results, such as, that T.Q.M concepts are more comprehensive in Islamic thought, and T.Q.M ‘s concepts are one  of important teachings of Islam .
