Abstract
This research addresses "the issues of transformational rhetoric in the thought of Abd al-Qaher al-Rajani 471 e", which means issues of transformational rhetoric that are similar to the rules on which Chomsky, the American linguist Chomsky, relied in 1957, and these rules that Chomsky referred to have their starting points in our rhetorical heritage. The old authors introduced the idea of conversion to the rules of Arabic - although they did not realize this name - and the rules that the authors spoke about include: Submission and delay, deletion and increase, appreciation and interpretation, and bearing on meaning ... These rules are part of the rules that Chomsky used and developed.
This research is based on the issues of the transformative rhetoric in the thought of Abd Al-Qaher Al-Jargani 471e, and seeks the roots of these issues in his writings, and the writings of Abd Al-Qaher were chosen because he studied the intellectual movement and the drafting organization, or in the transformational terms: The structure of the surface and the deep structure, therefore, the material of this research comes through the search for the origins of these issues in the literature that we have in our hands of Abd Al-Qaher: The signs of the miracles, the secrets of the eloquence, the factors of the hundred, and the one that is used to explain the explanation.
