Consequently, the system of commercial concession has been identified for its great importance and its large influence on economy. Hence, it has become necessary to examine the nature of this contract and the researcher diligently tries to clarify the objective of commercial concession, its legal nature, the surrounding issues, its various types, its lawful adaption, highlighting the major elements of this contract then its jurisprudential adaption; referring to similar contracts, specifying the issue of the originals of those contracts and pointing out the legitimate provision of entering into this type of contracts.
