الملخص :
موضوع البحث: التعريف بالمصطلحات المذهبية الواردة في کتاب الروض المربع للبهوتي، والتي تختص بالمذهب الحنبلي.أهدافه: استقراء المصطلحات الواردة في الکتاب وجمعها ثم بيانها والتعريف بها للطلاب المقبلين على دراسة کتاب الروض المربع في الکليات الشرعية وأقسام الدراسات الإسلامية؛ ليسهل عليهم فهمها ومعرفة المراد بها.منهج البحث: استقراء المصطلحات الخاصة بالمذهب الحنبلي وجمعها والتعريف بها من مصارها الأصلية.أهم النتائج: أهمية کتاب الروض المربع عند متأخري الحنابلة.کثرة المصطلحات التي ذکرها البهوتي في شرحه.حاجة طلاب کلية الشريعة وقسم الدراسات الإسلامية بجامعة تبوک في معرفة المصطلحات الواردة في الکتاب؛ لأنه المقرر المعتمد في تدريس مقررات الفقه، کما هو معتمد في عدد من کليات الشريعة وأقسام الدراسات الإسلامية في المملکة. أهم التوصيات:جعل هذا البحث من ضمن مفردات مقرر المدخل إلى دراسة الفقه الإسلامي، أو جعله من ضمن المفردات التي تسبق مقرر فقه الطهارة، وذلک في کليات الشريعة التي قررت کتاب الروض المربع مرجعاً رئيساً في دراسة مقرر الفقه؛ لکي يسهل على الطلاب والطالبات معرفة المراد من مصطلحات المذهب في هذا الشرح.
Abstract
Research topic: Definition of the doctrinal terms mentioned in Al-Rawd Al-Murabba' book by Al-Bahooti, which pertain to the Hanbali school of jurisprudence. Its objectives: extrapolating and collecting the terms contained in the book, then clarifying and introducing them to students who are coming to study Al-Rawd Al-Murabba book in Sharia colleges and Islamic studies departments; To make it easier for them to understand and know what is meant by them.Research method: extrapolation of the terms of the Hanbali school of thought, collecting and defining them from their original sources.The most important results:The importance of Al-Rawd Al-Murabba book for the later Hanbalis.The abundance of terms mentioned by Al-Bahooti in his explanation.The students of the College of Sharia and the Department of Islamic Studies at the University of Tabuk need to know the terms contained in the book; Because it is the Main reference in teaching jurisprudence courses, as it is approved in a number of Sharia colleges and Islamic studies departments in the Kingdom.Most important recommendations: This research was made among the vocabulary of the course of the entrance to the study of Islamic jurisprudence, or made it among the vocabulary that precedes the course of jurisprudence of purity, in the Sharia colleges that decided the book Al-Rawd Al-Murabba as a main reference in the study of the course of jurisprudence; In order to make it easier for male and female students to know what is meant by the terminology of the doctrine in this explanation.
