الملخص الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليماً مزيدًا إلى يوم الدين ... أما بعد. فإن أصول الفقه من أشرف العلوم وأزکاها وأنفعها، وإن من أعظم مصادر شرفه أنه اشتغل بالوحيين مصدراً ومورداً، فالمسائل الأصولية مستنبطة من القرآن والسنة، وقد جاءت آيات کثيرة تقرر القواعد الأصولية، فکان القرآن الکريم هو أعظم مصدر يستمد منه التقعيد الأصولي، ومن تلک الآيات قوله تعالى: ( وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ ۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَکْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ إِن کُنَّ يُؤْمِنَّ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِکَ إِنْ أَرَادُوا إِصْلَاحًا ۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَکِيمٌ)   فکان عنوان البحث: «المسائل الأصولية في قوله تعالى: (  وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ )  جمعاً ودراسةً» وهذا البحث له أهميته من حيث إنه يتعلق بأصل الأصول، وهو الکتاب العزيز، فهو المنبع الذي يستقي منه أصول الفقه، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تعلقه بالآية الکريمة التي هي من أشکل الآيات في الکتاب العزيز. وفي هذا البحث حاولت أن أستنبط المسائل الأصولية المتعلقة بالآية الکريمة، مستنداً في ذلک إلى کلام الأصوليين والمفسرين. وخلصت إلى نتائج، منها: 1 – أن هناک مسائل أصولية اشترک فيها الأصوليون والمفسرون، وهناک مسائل انفرد بها المفسرون دون الأصوليين، وهناک مسائل أصولية لم يتطرق لها کلا الفريقين. وأيضاً: أن بعض هذه المسائل الأصولية موجودة في غير المصادر الأصولية، ککتب آيات الأحکام. Abstract: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the most honorable prophets and messengers and his family and companions. The fundamentals of jurisprudence is one of the most honorable, most cherished and most beneficial of sciences, and that one of the greatest sources of his honor is that he worked with revelations as a source and resource. Fundamental issues were deduced from the Qur'an and Sunnah, and many verses came that set the rules of fundamentalism. Almighty (and divorced women lie in wait for themselves three recitation). So the title of the research was “Fundamental Issues in the Almighty's Saying (and divorced women lie in wait for themselves three times), a collection and study. This research has its importance in that it relates to the origins of the fundamentals and it is the dear book, as it is the source from which this fundamentals of jurisprudence derive on the one hand, and on the other hand it is related to the noble verse. Which came from the most form of the verses in the dear book. In this research, I tried to deduce the fundamentalist issues related to the noble verse, based on the words of fundamentalists and commentators. And concluded results from them There are fundamentalist issues mentioned by the fundamentalists and the commentators, and there are fundamentalist issues that were mentioned by the exegetes excluding the fundamentalists, and there are issues that were not addressed by both parties. Also, some fundamentalist issues are found in other than the original sources, such as books of rulings
