يدور هذا البحث في فلک المقاصد القرآنية، حيث بين أن للقرآن الکريم مقاصد أدرکها الرعيل الأول لهذه الأمة، وعملوا بمقتضاها، وأبرزوا من خلالها خصائص هذا الدين وصلاحيته لکل زمان ومکان، ولم تغب تلک المقاصد عن عناية العلماء الراسخين عبر العصور المديدة لهذه الأمة إلا في عصر الجمود الفکري فکان سببا في جمود الحياة الإسلامية دون مراعاة تطور الأحداث حتى استيقظ العالم الإسلامي على جحافل الاستعمار الغربي، فعاش العالم الإسلامي واقعا حرجا، فأنشأوا مدارس فکرية روادها من جلدتنا نحن أبناء هذه الأمة، لکنهم وقعوا أسرى لهذا الغزو الذي لا هَمَّ لهم إلا أن يحول بيننا وبين ديننا، فتصبح الأمة حينئذٍ لقمةً سائغة في أفواه أعدائها، فسلکوا في سبيل ذلک کل مسلک، ولعل أبرز تلک المسالک هو المسلک المقاصدي، حيث زعموا مقاصد لا مرد لها إلا الهوى، فأصَّلتُ في هذا البحث النظرة المقاصدية في التفسير والاستنباط، وبينت ضرورتها وأهميتها، وفصلت ضوابطها التي يجب أن تتوفر فيها حتى تعتبر مقاصد شرعية ينظر إلى النص القرآني في ضوئها، واضعا لها سياجا منيعا لئلا يتسلل أصحاب الفکر الغربي من خلالها إلى هدم النصوص وتجاوزها.
اتبعت أکثر من منهج من المناهج العلمية التي اقتضاها البحث، وهي: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج النقدي.
ومن نتائج هذاالبحث بينت أن للأمة عناية بالغة بالمقاصد القرآن، لما لها من أهمية عظمى في توجيه الفکر الإسلامي بصفة عامة وبيان معاني القرآن بصفة خاصة، کما بينت أن مزاعم العلمانيين حول المقاصد غير منضبطة بالضوابط الصحيحة للمقاصد القرآنية والشرعية.
Abstract:
This research revolves around the Qur'anic purposes, as it shows that the Holy Qur'an has purposes that were realized by the first generation of this nation, and they worked accordingly, and they highlighted the characteristics of this religion and its validity for every time and place. Intellectual stagnation was the reason for the stagnation of Islamic life without taking into account the development of events until the Islamic world woke up to the hordes of Western colonialism. between us and our religion,At that time, the nation would become an easy prey in the mouths of its enemies, so they took every path for that, and perhaps the most prominent of those paths is the intentional course, as they claimed purposes that have only desires. It must be available in it in order for it to be considered legitimate purposes. The Qur'anic text is looked at in its light, and an impenetrable fence is placed for it so that Western thinkers do not infiltrate through it to destroy and bypass the texts.
I followed more than one of the scientific methods required by the research, namely: the inductive method, the analytical method, and the critical method.
It showed that the nation pays great attention to the objectives of the Qur'an, because of its great importance in directing Islamic thought in general and clarifying the meanings of the Qur'an in particular.
