Abstract

يهدف هذه البحث إلى الإجابة عن مجموعة من التساؤلات حول جمع المال بالإعاقة الجسدية، واتخاذها وسيلة للتکسب، والمسابقات التي تجريها الدولة للمعاقين جسدياً، وتخصيص أحد الأولاد المعاقين جسدياً بعطية، أو عناية زائدة، وإنفاق الدولة على المعاقين جسدياً وتخصيصهم بالعطايا، ووضع غرامات مالية على الجهات المخالفة لتهيئة المنشآت إلى غير ذلک مما هو مضمن في هذا البحث. وقد اتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع أقوال العلماء وأدلتهم. Abstract (English) This research aims to answer a set of questions about collecting money under physical disability, using the disability as a means of earning money, the state competitions for physically disabled persons, allocating a gift or extra care for a physically disabled child, state expenditures on the physically disabled persons and allocating gifts for them, imposing financial fines on entities violating the preparation of the facilities for the disabled persons and so forth which is included in this research. In this study, I followed the inductive approach by tracing the sayings and evidence of scholars. keywords: Physical -Disability - Financial –Transactions.
