ملخص البحث :
يتناول هذا البحث دراسة وتحقيق مخطوط على المذهب الحنفي بعنوان: رسالة في أحكام المائعات للعلامة الفقيه يوسف بن محمد بن يوسف بن خليل كساب الحنفي الغزي الأزهري المتوفى سنة 1290هـ، وتتناول الدراسة قسمين: القسم الدراسي ويشمل التعريف بالمؤلف من ناحية حياته الذاتية وحياته العلمية، والتعريف بالمخطوط من حيث بيان العنوان ونسبته للمؤلف، ومصادره، وأهميته، ونٌسخه، والقسم الثاني، وذلك في دراسة نص المخطوط ، بكتابته والمقارنة بين نسخه والتنبيه على السقط، والخطأ وبيان غريب الألفاظ، وتراجم الأعلام والكتب الواردة فيه، وإيضاح بعض المسائل التي تحتاج إلى إيضاح والتعليق عليها، وتوثيق النصوص الواردة فيه من مصادرها الأصلية.

Abstract:
This research deals with the study and investigation of a manuscript on the Hanafi school entitled: A treatise on the provisions of fluids for the scholar Yusuf bin Muhammad bin Yusuf bin Khalil Kassab Al-Hanafi Al-Ghazi Al-Azhari, who died in the year 1290 AH. In terms of indicating the title and its attribution to the author, its sources, its importance, and its copies, and the second section, in the study of the text of the manuscript, by writing it and comparing its copies and warning of omissions, error and the statement of strange words, and the translations of the scholars and books contained in it, and clarifying some issues that need clarification and commenting on them Documenting the texts contained therein from their original sources.
