تخفيف وإطالة الإمام الفريضة في غير القراءة مسائل وأحکام علي بن عبد العزيز الخضيري. قسم الدراسات الإسلامية ، کلية التربية ، جامعة الملک سعود ، المملکة العربية السعودية. البريد الإلکتروني : aalkodery@ksu.edu.sa ملخص البحث : مسألة صلاة الإمام بالناس الفريضة من المسائل التي وردت فيها أحاديث وآثار کثيرة، وبيان مقدار الرکوع والرفع منه والسجود والجلوس بين السجدتين والتشهد، من المسائل التي اختلفت فيه أنظار العلماء، تبعا للأحاديث التي وردت في سنة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والأحاديث الواردة ما بين أحاديث تفيد الإطالة، وأحاديث تفيد التخفيف، وقد جمع الباحث کلامهم وناقش ما يحتاج إلى مناقشة، وبين الوجه الراجح في الجمع بين ما ظاهره التعارض من الأحاديث الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وفق القواعد والأصول الشرعية، وبين أن الأصل المحکم هو التخفيف وليس الإطالة، وأن الإطالة لا تکون إلا إذا صلى الإمام بجماعة معينة محصورة، علم من حالهم أنهم يؤثرون التطويل، وسبب کثرت الأحاديث الواردة في الباب أنها متعلقة بعبادة تفعل في اليوم مرات، فکثر نقل الصحابة لفعل النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام. وقد اعتنى العلماء بتحديد مقدار صلاة الإمام عناية فائقة حتى يلتزم الأئمة بسنة النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام في الصلاة وتطبيقها رفعا للنزاع وقطعا للخلاف. الکلمات المفتاحة: صلاة ، فريضة ، إمام ، رکوع ، سجود ، تشهد ، تخفيف ، إطالة.                   Shortened and lengthened IMAM Al Fareda except the narration of issues and judges Ali bin Abdul Aziz Al-Khudairi. E-mail : aalkodery@ksu.edu.sa Abstract: The issue of the imam's leading of the obligatory prayer is a topic in which many hadiths and traditions have been narrated. As a result of this, the scholars have different opinions regarding the length of the prayer; its standing, bowing, raising from it, prostrating, sitting between the two prostrations and the Tashahhud. The researcher has collected the different opinions and discussed each accordingly with their evidences and arguments, and illustrated the most correct way of combining the apparent contradiction of the different narrations reported from the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, according to the Shariah rules and principles. The researcher concluded that the most correct opinion is that generally the prayer should be shortened and not lengthened. The only time when lengthening of the prayer is preferred is if it the imam prays in a specific, confined group, knowing from their condition that they favor the lengthening. Also, the reason for the many hadiths mentioned in the section is that they relate to worship that they do several times a day, so the companions reported a great deal of the Prophet's actions. The scholars have taken care to determine the amount of the imam's prayer with great care so that the imams adhere to the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in prayer and apply it to lift conflict and put an end to disagreement.
