This study aimed to know the relationships among demographic variables, social support, and occupational diseases. It also aimed to know the differences between workers of clean industries and workers of unclean industries in demographic variables, social support, and occupational diseases.

The sample of this study consisted of 80 industrial workers of both sexes divided into two groups, every group contained 40 participants. The first group works in clean industries (food – computer- clothes- sports). The second group works in unclean industries (petrol- chemicals- rubber- plastic)

The study revealed the following results:

1- There was a positive statistically significant relationships between social support and age, occupation, income, marital status. There was a negative statistically significant relationships between social support and age.

2- There were positive statistically significant relationships between occupational diseases and age, occupation, experience. There was a negative statistically significant relationships between occupational diseases and gender, education, occupation, income, and marital status.

3- There were statistically significant differences between workers of clean and unclean industries in social support

4- There were statistically significant differences between workers of clean and unclean industries in occupational diseases
