The current study aimed at identifying the social and environmental problems associated with working in mines and quarries and their impact on job satisfaction. It belongs to a pattern of descriptive studies based on a case study approach, using many tools like observation, interview, documentation, and records. The sample included 30 case studies; the researchers took into account that the sample should be representative of all the site employees.
