The research aimed to assess the social impact of the cultural and environmental programs provided by the Egyptian Ministry of Environment, as well as to reveal the achieved environmental impact and the role of those programs in developing environmental awareness for university youth and girls. Individuals were divided into (50) subjects from those in charge of the environmental cultural programs at the Ministry of Environment, and (150) subjects were divided equally among male and female students of faculties of universities (Cairo, Ain Shams, Helwan). The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to complete the theoretical study, and a form The questionnaire and the appropriate statistical tests were conducted to test the validity of the hypotheses and answer the questions of the study. The results of the study concluded that there is a direct statistically significant relationship at a level of significance of 0.01 between the evaluation of environmental cultural programs and the achievement of social impact on university youth and girls; Where the average social return of the environmental cultural programs was 2.46 and the standard deviation was 0.304, as it was found that there is a direct statistically significant relationship at the level of 0.01 between the evaluation of the environmental cultural programs and the achievement of the environmental impact on university youth and girls; The average environmental impact was 2.53, and the standard deviation was 0.384. In light of the findings of the study, several recommendations were concluded, the most important of which are: interest in expanding the development of environmental programs that aim to develop environmental behavior and awareness among youth groups; As these programs have a strong impact on these young people, which leads to building a society that preserves the safety and protection of the environment and natural resources, as well as the need to include environmental awareness within the curricula of university students to urge them to contribute to achieving the environmental dimension, one of the most important dimensions of sustainable development and Egypt's Vision 2030.
