This research aims at studying the economic and environmental impact of eco-tourism on sustainable development in Egypt. The finding reveal  the researchers have reached several results were the presence of a statistically significant impact between all dimensions of ecotourism and all dimensions of sustainable development, as well as the importance of the adoption of ecotourism to support Sustainable development in the General Authority for Tourism Development.  the researchers recommended a number of recommendations, The most important recommendations of which are: Environmental tourism policy must  include a commitment to formulate environmental legislation and regulations, which supports sustainable development, and the preparation of an effective program for the environmental and economic management of ecotourism to support sustainable development.
