Abstract

The study aimed at building a system of electronic documentation using Oracle language using the distributed database model to manage the postgraduate unit and linking it with the administrative units in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait for the importance of official documents and books which are subject to many problems in traditional methods.
