This study drives at exploring the significance of socialization and its relation to psychological and environmental adjustment in a sample of late childhood stage children aged (9-12 year olds) as a comparative study between males and females. Counts in her study on the qualitative comparative method. The sample consists of (242) male/female students in primary stage from different schools. The researcher uses these instruments: Student Data Form–Scale of Psychological Adjustment - Scale of Environmental Adjustment -Scale of Styles of Socialization (by Prof. Elhamy Abdel Aziz). Results indicate a significant statistical relationship exists between male/female children of late childhood stage. There is no significant statistical relationship betweenmales and females regarding socialization and psychological and environmental adjustment. There is also nosignificant statistical relationship in socialization due to the social-economic and educational level. There aresignificant statistical differencesin socialization and psychological and environmental adjustment due to education type. 
  Recommendations of the study: 1-   It is necessary to interesting by the young, especially in the late childhood stage, and connecting with their parents to learning them the right ways in the dealing with their sons. And necessity to save the family, quite atmosphere and the emotional warmth for the sons 2-   Helping the children in that stage to practice the different hobbies, whereas practicing the hobbies and activities increases their psychological adjustment with their different environments and peers 3-   Saving the suitable atmosphere for the sons through the aimed activities and curricula, which current with requirements of the era
