The current study drives at activating programs of safety and occupational health using the balanced Scorecard (BSC). The concern in programs of safety and occupational health emerges from examining programs of for conserving safety and health of employees in hospitals through providing them safe environments void from injuries and occupational diseases. In order to evaluate the employees' performance, the research organizations are directed to search for modern techniques and methods to be used for activating standards of safety and occupational health which one of them is the balanced Scorecard (BSC).
For achieving the study aims, a Questionnaire Form is designed through interviews that include a set of phrases that measures the sample's attitudes towards the study variables. The researchers have mixed the inductive method with the deductive method through using the theoretical and the field study approaches. The researchers have analyzed data using the research population from employees in Ain Shams Specialized Hospital that consists of (50) items have responded to (50) correct retrieved forms. The researchers come to several results and recommendations that can be applied to Ain Shams Specialized Hospital of Ain Shams University.
The study comes to that: There is a significant remarkable weakness and shortness in research sample, so, the balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach should be applied for activating programs of safety and occupational health in Ain Shams Specialized Hospital.
